I have used this book as a reference and a guide so often that the cover has fallen from the book and the pages are falling out. I recently looked to Amazon to see if there is a revised version, but alas, there is still only this 1973 version. Old news but still valid. Easily read and understood, not the hype that one usually finds in nutrition books.
